Creating an Invoice in QuickBooks Online

How to Create an Invoice in QuickBooks Online

Step 1. Go to the Customers menu at left menu bar, then scroll to the customer you are preparing the Invoice for.

Step 2. Click on the drop-down to the right of the customer, and select Create Invoice.

Step 3. Complete Invoice form with the date, item, description, quantity, rate, etc.

Step 4. Click Save or Save and send to email Invoice.

*You can also access the Invoice form from the top menu bar at the + sign.

**There are a few options at the bottom of the Invoice screen which may be useful for your Invoicing situation.

***You may choose the option of allowing your customers to pay for your Invoices via your emailed Invoice to them. Of course there is a fee associated with it, but for the convenience, it may well be worth it. - especially for your cash flow.
