How to Generate a Balance Sheet Report in
QuickBooks Online

The Balance Sheet is another very important report for every business, and also individuals. It shows the net worth of the business or an individual. It shows three things: 1) What is owned, 2) What is owed, and 3) the Equity or Net effect. Here's how to generate a Balance Sheet in QuickBooks Online.

Step 1. Go to Report at left menu bar, and start typing the words "balance sheet" in the search field at Go to report.

Step 2. Select Balance Sheet from the list and change the date in the new screen to reflect the dates you need.
